Freelance writers wanted at MethodShop
Freelance writers looking for how to make fast money online for beginners articles can check out MethodShop.com. It is a site that has reviews of a bit of everything – tutorials, humor and lifestyle articles relating to the iPod, Palm Pilot or just general technology.
From what I can see, the news, articles and reviews on their site appear to be really straight to the point. Most are between 400 to 1,000 words and read like they are written by regular users of everyday consumer products such as speakers, headphones, software and more. They don’t read like they are written by professional reviewers. Each review seems to be divided into three main sections; basic overview, final thoughts, photos and additional info.
Interested parties are asked to join their mailing list which will notify them when opportunities arise. They are also requested to send sample work and article ideas. There isn’t much information availabe on the site, just the bare minimum which states that you can earn a minimum of $20 to a maximum of $200 per article. Writers also get free evaluation products for reviews they write. I assume this is only for local US based reviewers.
I emailed them a couple of days ago for more details but have not received any reply so far. If they are really legit, it seems like a rather good site to add another stream of income.
