Although it is hard to track down stolen content, you can try and protect your content the best you can. If you are offering full feed subscriptions, you should use this Wordpress plugin which will add a copyright clause automatically at the end of each post.
It looks like this:
Copyright © 2007 SomeUselessInfo. This Feed is for personal non-commercial use only. If you are not reading this material in your news aggregator, the site you are looking at is guilty of copyright infringement. Please contact legal@someuseless.info so we can take legal action immediately.
Although it’s no guarantee of keeping your content safe, at least it is something that goes a step further towards copyright protection.
