Shutterstock increases payout

Make money online with someuseless.infoOne of the leading microstock photo agencies in low cost stock photography, Shutterstock, has increased payouts to members in a yearly review. This comes following Shutterstock increasing its subscription fees for stock buying customers. Shutterstock works on the subscription model where a minimum one-month subscription at US$199 allows you 25 downloads per day.

Increase only for some
For contributing members who have earned at least $500 in sales since joining Shutterstock, the Standard Licence payout is increased from 25 cents to 30 cents per download. Other members will continue to earn 25 cents until they reach the $500 mark when they will be automatically upgraded to earn the higher rate.Make money online with someuseless.info

5 cents – peanuts?
A 5 cent increase does not seem like much but if your downloads are in the hundreds, you would appreciate the increase. Being a subscription sales model, customers tend to buy more since they have already paid a fixed dollar amount, as compared to pay-per-purchase.

Upload, upload, upload
The image display system of Shutterstock lists the newest images by default, so you need to submit new images diligently if you want visibility – and higher sales. In my personal experience, I have found this to be the case. Reaching the $100 payout in a month is easy if new images are constantly added. Earnings drop drastically when no new images are added. Shutterstock customers basically don’t click the deeper pages to look for images, unless they have something specific in mind. They tend to browse generally and download images which they think they may need in future.

anyway shutterstock is a fraud company. i was selling my photos and vectors on shutterstock. one day they banned my account and stole my earned money (200$) . they didn’t send any email with any explanation and they didn’t answer any of my emails. they sell photos below their costs, so they have to cheat subbmiters like me. I find it strange that a reputable company whose business turnover is probably in the millions would steal USD200 from you.

I’m sure there is more to your story than what you have revealed.
