Apple has announced the next generation of its computer tablet, the new iPad – successor to the phenomenal iPad 2. You can join in the new iPad 3 giveaway to be among the first to get your hands on this much sought after gadget.

The new iPad also features a 5-megapixel iSight camera with advanced optics that lets you shoot amazingly sharp photos and record full 1080p HD video.

Another interesting feature is AirPlay that allows you to stream your photos or HD movie wirelessly from your iPad onto your HDTV.

You might think that with all these technologically improved features that battery life would likely be shorter but you will be pleased to know that the new iPad retains a similar battery life of about 10 hours with normal surfing on WiFi, listening to music or watching video.
