Here’s where to get paid to share videos. As long as your video entertains and gets lots of views, you stand to earn some decent money just by posting your video on MetaCafe.

How do you earn money?
Register for free and submit your video directly on the site. After your video hits 20,000 views and gets a 3.0 rating or higher, you will be paid US$5 for every thousand views. You retain ownership of your video and can even post it elsewhere.

What are the video requirements?

1. The video and music if any, must be owned by you.
2. Your video must be suitable for everyone to view.
3. Videos should preferably be between 20 seconds and 6 minutes long.
4. You must be willing to give MetaCafe a non-exclusive license to promote your video ie. MetaCafe can put your video on some other media.
5. People who appear in your video must sign model release forms.
6. Video formats accepted: 3gp, .flv, .mp4, .mov, .qt, .asf, .avi, .divx, .mpa, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .m1v, .wmf, and .wmv.

Payment
Once you have reached the payout minimum (not stated) you can choose to receive payment into a US bank account, onto a debit card or by PayPal.

A list of their top earners is displayed on the homepage, each earning staggering sums ranging from US$8,000 to US$25,000. Imagine how much those guys who did the dancing on the exercise machines could have earned.
